01 Acceptance of Terms

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits:

05 Bonuses and Promotions

07 Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

WM999 is committed to providing a fair and secure gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and may be reported to relevant authorities:

08 Account Suspension and Closure

WM999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Suspected fraudulent, abusive or otherwise improper use of the platform.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance remaining in the account — including bonus funds and pending withdrawals — may be forfeited.
